Live demo · 1 hour · Thursdays 11 AM PST
Your next hire isn't a person.
Watch five AI agents do real work, live: what they take off your plate, what they cost, and what you still decide. It ends with an offer.
Next session: Thursday, October 15 · 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST · Free to attend · Replay to everyone who registers
Most owners I talk to aren't short on effort. They're short on hands. The follow up that waits until Friday. The post that never goes out. The new client who waits days for a welcome. The report nobody has time to build. You could hire for it, and finding and training a person can take months. Or you could hand that work to an agent held to your standard, and keep your people on the calls only a person should make. I run my own brands this way. For one hour, I'll show you exactly how.
What you'll see
- Five roles, working. A Marketing Director, a Lead Generator, a Sales Director, a Customer Success Director and a Chief of Staff running them, each one shown doing a real piece of work.
- The rule they work under. What an agent drafts, what a person decides, and what an agent never touches. Nothing publishes, spends money or goes to a customer without your yes.
- What setup looks like. Your intake, the kickoff with the expert for the role, a practice week where every piece waits for your approval, and live on day 14.
- What it costs, in plain numbers. Setup and monthly, for one agent or all five, said before the offer, not hidden in it.
The five roles
Marketing Director
Plans your marketing, drafts the campaigns and the content, and tells you what is working.
Lead Generator
Finds the people who fit your offer and follows up while they are still interested.
Sales Director
Works the pipeline, drafts the follow ups, and says who is ready for a call.
Customer Success Director
Onboards new clients, answers the common questions, and catches an unhappy client early.
Chief of Staff
Runs the team, hands each agent its work in order so nobody steps on anybody, and reports to you.
How the hour runs
The problem, the five roles doing real work, and what setup looks like.
Stated plainly: the agents, The Operator Team, and why we only start seven a week.
Bring the one job you'd hand off first.
Your host
JT Taylor
Operator and COO, founder of the National Board of Operations Professionals, and author of the Principles of Practice, the six-volume operating standard for small business. JT has spent years inside real businesses fixing the parts that decide whether they grow: pricing, follow-up, cash, and the systems underneath. Through Notebook of a COO he now teaches that same playbook to owners, plainly and for free. No guru theater, just the plays that work, taught operator to operator.
This is for you if
- You run a real business and too much of it still runs through you.
- You've tried more tools and more hours, and the work still waits on you.
- You want AI that works to your standard, with a person making the calls.
It's not for you if
- You came to cut headcount. This is the wrong hour.
- You want AI talking to your customers without saying so. Ours always say they are AI.
- You're looking for something free to take away and build yourself. The hour is free; the agents are not, and I'll show you exactly what they cost.

Questions
Is it free to attend?
Yes. No card. The hour is free, and the replay goes to everyone who registers.
Is there a pitch?
Yes, and I'll tell you when it starts. The last part of the hour is an offer for the agents. The first 45 minutes stand on their own.
How is this different from the free workshop?
The monthly free workshop has nothing for sale. This hour shows the agents working and ends with an offer.
Will this replace my team?
No. They take work off your plate and make the people you already have faster. A person always decides.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You answer the intake inside the Small Business MBA and approve its work there.
Do the agents tell people they are AI?
Yes. Any agent that talks to your customers says it is AI, every time.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway. The replay goes to everyone who signs up.
How long is it?
One hour, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST, including live Q&A.
