What is Small Business MBA Live?
A paid add-on to the free Small Business MBA: three live sessions every week, taught by JT and the NOC team, where you bring your real numbers and your real problems and work them through together. It is $99 a month or $990 a year, and the annual plan is two months free.
Is the Small Business MBA still free?
Yes. Every course, every tool, both certificates and the free Tuesday class stay free, forever. Live is an add-on: it never takes anything away.
How is Live different from the free Tuesday class?
The free Tuesday class is one hour of teaching from the Small Business MBA, live, with time for your questions, and it is free for every member. Live adds three more sessions every week, priority questions, the private Live community and every Live replay.
When are the live sessions?
Monday Live Class, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST. Wednesday Live Class, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST. Friday Build Sprint, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM PST. The weekly sessions and their times may change. Live members are told before any change.
What if I miss one?
Every Live session is recorded. The replay is in Live Classes, for Live members.

How do I join?
Live is added to your free Small Business MBA membership. Create your free account or sign in, then choose monthly or annual inside the portal.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in the portal: Account, then Manage billing. When you cancel, you are not charged again, and your Live access continues through the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling Live never closes your free Small Business MBA account.
Can I get a refund?
A period already paid is not refunded, except that an annual plan cancelled within 14 days of its first payment is refunded in full.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, in the same place: Account, then Manage billing.
Does it renew on its own?
Yes. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. About 30 days before an annual plan renews, you get a reminder, and a monthly plan gets the same reminder once a year.
