Your First Marketing Hire
Build a Marketing Assistant for your business.
Answer seven short questions. It learns your colors, your font and your voice. Then it makes on brand posts, carousels and video edits with you. Free with the Small Business MBA.
Watch one get built.
1 minute 5 seconds.
Three jobs. Done well.
A post.
One picture in your colors and your font, with the words written in your voice and a caption beside it.
A carousel.
A first slide that earns the swipe, one idea a slide, and a last slide with your offer.
A video edit.
You record. It trims the dead air, makes it vertical and puts the captions on in your brand.
It shows you every one before it is done, and changes it until you love it.

Built in the portal. Run in your Claude.
- 1
Answer seven questions.
Your business, your look, your voice, your offer, the styles you like, where you post, and a name for your assistant. You watch a live preview change in your brand as you type.
- 2
Copy your setup code.
One block of plain English. You paste it into Claude on your own computer.
- 3
Make your first post.
Your assistant sets itself up, then works with you one step at a time.

What you need, plainly.
A Windows computer.
(A Mac is being tested now.)
A paid Claude plan.
Claude is the AI your assistant runs in. The plan is yours. You pay for it yourself, not through us.
You run it yourself.
We give you the assistant and the steps. You sit with it and tell it what to change.
About 2 GB of free space.
What it puts on your computer
What stays on your computer, and what is sent to Claude. The tools in this kit send nothing anywhere: your videos, photos and fonts stay as files on your computer. Your assistant is Claude, so what it looks at to help you (the finished picture, a few frames of your video, the words that were said) is sent to Claude, Anthropic's service, the same way anything you show Claude is.
The first time, it needs some free tools, and it asks you first. Your assistant looks at your computer and tells you the list, the total and the folder they go in before it installs anything. It waits for your yes. On a computer that has none of them yet, it is about 1 GB to download and about 2 GB of room on your disk. If your computer already has Python and the video tool ffmpeg, it is about 755 MB to download and about 1.2 GB on disk. That smaller part took 5 minutes on a fast connection when it was measured; allow longer on a slow one. After that first time it is quick.
Where those tools live. In one folder of their own, named FirstMarketingHire, in your own user folder (the one with your name on it). It is an ordinary folder, not part of the Claude app, so removing Claude does not remove it. Your assistant tells you its exact address before it installs anything and again when it is done. (If it tells you that Windows keeps the folder inside the Claude app's own storage on your computer, then removing or resetting Claude removes the tools too.) If you already have a folder of your own with that name there and it has anything in it, your assistant installs nothing, leaves your folder alone, and asks you to move or rename it first.
To remove it all later. Delete the FirstMarketingHire folder (the one with HOW-TO-REMOVE.txt in it), after you have looked inside and taken out anything of your own. A note inside it says the same, so you can do it even after this kit is gone. Or ask your assistant to remove the kit's tools: it tells you what it will remove and waits for your yes. Then delete your My Marketing Assistant folder too, once you have saved everything of yours that you want to keep from it: what your assistant made is in its out folder, and any photos, logo or font files you put in are in its photos and brand folders. The video tool ffmpeg and Python are ordinary programs: remove them the way you remove any program, if you want them gone.
Use it if. Skip it if.
Use it if
- You post for your own business and want every post to look like one brand.
- You will sit with it for a few minutes and say what you like and what you do not.
- You already pay for Claude, or you are ready to.
Skip it if
- You want your marketing done for you. That is Your Next Hire.
- You want something that posts for you. This one makes the post. You post it.
- You do not want to run anything on your own computer.
It makes three things. Then it stops.
- It does not post for you.
- It never invents a review, a number or a customer.
- It never uses a word on your "never say" list.
- Its tools send nothing anywhere. Your videos, photos and fonts stay as files on your computer. What is sent to Claude is said in full above, in the kit's own words.

Questions
Is it really free?
The builder and the kit are free with the free Small Business MBA. The Claude plan is yours.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You paste one setup code and answer its questions in plain words.
Does it post for me?
No. It makes the post, the carousel or the video edit. You post it.
What if I do not like what it makes?
Tell it what to change. It shows you again until you do.
Does it make things up?
No. It asks you for the facts. It never writes a review or a number you did not give it.
