The setup is the intake, the kickoff, the playbook written for your business, its checks and the practice week. The monthly fee is the agent at work, a one page report each month (what it did, what it learned, the numbers), and its monthly training: every month the people on my team update the role with what changed in its field, so it never goes stale.
The monthly fee starts the day it goes live. The setup fee is refunded in full if you stop before the kickoff.
